Phase I travel insurance (age 3 months up to  75 years old) covers:

• Cancellation & Curtailment (Prive cardholders only).

Our customer services call centre is open:

• Monday to Thursday between 08:00 and 18:00
• Fridays between 08:00 and 17:00
• Saturdays between 08:00 and 13:00 (South African time)

Our emergency medical services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is important that you contact us as soon as possible when you need assistance.

Non-medical claims and medical claims for out of hospital treatment. For all non-medical claims (for example, claims for baggage or cutting the insured journey short) and for medical claims for out of hospital treatment, you can contact us up to 30 days after you have returned to South Africa at:
