Phase I travel insurance (age 3 months up to  75 years old) covers:

  • Emergency Medical & Related Expenses and Assistance.
  • Personal Accident.
  • Cancellation & Curtailment (Prive cardholders only).
  • Baggage Loss (Prive cardholders only).

Our customer services call centre is open:
Monday to Thursday between 08:00 and 18:00
Fridays between 08:00 and 17:00

Non-medical claims and medical claims for out of hospital treatment. For all non-medical claims (for example, claims for baggage or cutting the insured journey short) and for medical claims for out of hospital treatment, you can contact us up to 30 days after you have returned to South Africa at:
